ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES FOR MAI PERMIT APPLICATIONS
The following table details the schedule for publication of documents to be sent to the MAI.

Closed/Closed Invitation Events:
Permit applications received less than 3 weeks before this date (but not later than 1 week before the event) would be subject to a late inscription fee of 100% the permit fee. Permit applications may not be accepted after this period.
Open events:
Permit applications received less than 3 weeks before this date (but not later than 1 week before the event) would be subject to a late inscription fee of 100% the permit fee. Permit applications may not be accepted after this period.
National Events:
Permit applications received less than 2 months before this date (but not later than 1 month before the event) would be subject to a late inscription fee of 100% the permit fee. Permit applications may not be accepted after this period.
National Championship Events:
Permit applications received less than 3 months before this date (but not later than 2 months before the event) would be subject to a late inscription fee of 100% the permit fee. Permit applications may not be accepted after this period.

  • Permit applications for Closed and Closed Invitation events are to be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks before the start of the event. Permit applications received less than 3 weeks before this date (but not later than 1 week before the event) would be subject to a late inscription fee of 100% the permit fee. Permit applications may not be accepted after this period.
  • Permit applications for Open events are to be submitted a minimum of 1 month before the start of the event. Permit applications received less than 3 weeks before this date (but not later than 1 week before the event) would be subject to a late inscription fee of 100% the permit fee. Permit applications may not be accepted after this period.
  • Permit applications for National are to be submitted a minimum of 2 months before start of the event. Permit applications received less than 2 months before this date (but not later than 1 month before the event) would be subject to a late inscription fee of 100% the permit fee. Permit applications may not be accepted after this period.
  • Permit applications for National Championship rounds are to be submitted a minimum of 3 months before the start of the event. Permit applications received less than 3 months before this date (but not later than 2 months before the event) would be subject to a late inscription fee of 100% the permit fee. Permit applications may not be accepted after this period.

Affiliation Procedure

We would need to have the following information about your Club:-

Memorandum and Articles of Association and/or Bye Laws,
2. 
Copy of the certificate of incorporation,
3. 
List of Committee Members,
4. 
Details of all events held so far.
5. 
Completed MAI Membership form
6. 
Demand Draft in favour of "Motorsports Association of India" payable in Mumbai.
